Important Notice: Firmware Update for the All-in-One DJ System XDJ-AZ

Thank you for your continued support of our products.

We have identified that certain units of the all-in-one DJ system “XDJ-AZ,” which was launched in select regions starting October 2024, may experience issues such as the absence of audio output, screen blackouts, or system freezes.

We kindly ask you to follow the steps in the “How to Check Your Firmware Version” section below. If your product is affected, please perform the firmware update as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
