Important Notice Regarding Payment Information Update for rekordbox Subscription Users

About the Payment System Issue
Since Saturday, January 25, 2025, rekordbox subscription services have experienced a temporary disruption to the payment system.
As a result, automatic charges to registered accounts were not processed during this period.
Request Following the Restoration of the Payment Service
Following the implementation of a new payment system, we kindly ask customers who’d like to continue their current subscription plans to re-register their payment information (credit card or PayPal account).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your cooperation.
If we don’t confirm your updated payment information by May 12, 2025, your subscription will be automatically cancelled starting May 13, 2025, in accordance with your contract terms.
*For customers with annual plans whose renewal dates fall between January 1–24 or after May 13, please complete registration before your next renewal date. If not registered, the subscription will be automatically cancelled on that date.
*If you are using services such as Cloud Library Sync or Cloud Direct Play, please note that some features will become restricted after cancellation.
Notice Regarding Outstanding Charges
Charges for the period between January 25 and May 12, 2025, which were not billed due to the service issue, will be charged after your payment information is re-registered.
These charges will appear under the billing name “CBA*REKORDBOX”.
We’ll send a separate email in early May with detailed information regarding the amount.
How to Re-register Your Payment Information
Please log in to your My Page and navigate to rekordbox > Subscription Plan, then complete the payment method re-registration process.
Eligible Users
This notice applies to customers who began subscribing to one of the following plans on or before January 24, 2025, under either monthly or annual billing:
- Free + Cloud Option
- Core
- Core + Cloud Option
- Creative
- Creative + Cloud Option
- Professional
- Base, Premium (Ver.5)
You can check your contract date on your My Page. If the date isn’t displayed due to a system issue, please contact us here.
Available Plans for New Subscriptions
To facilitate a smooth service restoration, only the following plans are currently available for new subscriptions:
- Free + Cloud Option
- Core + Cloud Option
- Creative + Cloud Option
- Professional
*If you maintain your current plan, the pricing and contract details will remain unchanged.
*Please note that once cancelled, “Core” and “Creative” plans cannot be re-subscribed.
For Customers Who’d Like to Change Their Plan
We regret to inform you that plan changes are currently unavailable.
System improvements are underway, and we’ll notify you as soon as the feature becomes available again.
