We have identified issues in some units of the XDJ-AZ All-in-One DJ System, which began sales in select regions in October 2024. Due to an internal component defect in certain units, issues have been reported such as no audio output, display screen blackouts, and system freezes.

We are currently preparing to offer free inspections and repairs for customers who have purchased affected units. Once everything is ready, we will provide further details on our website.

Additionally, we will be postponing the launch in regions where the product is yet to be released.
