We will send you a receipt report within 5 business days of receiving your information.

Our technology department will examine the information we receive and promptly notify you of the results, as well as publish countermeasures and workarounds depending on the severity of the issue.

AlphaTheta does not operate a bug bounty program, or offer monetary rewards or other compensation for submitted vulnerability reports.

We appreciate the efforts of individuals and organizations who help us improve the security of our products and services through responsible disclosure.
With their consent, we may acknowledge individuals or organizations who have helped identify or resolve vulnerabilities in our products or services by publishing their name, affiliation, or handle in the relevant security advisory or other publication.
If we receive multiple reports of the same vulnerability, we will generally acknowledge the first to report it.
