We are aware that some users have experienced issues such as playlists not being displayed after updating to the latest CDJ-3000 firmware (Ver.3.30), released on October 21, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our teams are actively investigating the situation to identify and resolve the cause. As a precaution, distribution of firmware Ver.3.30 has been temporarily suspended until the investigation is complete.

If you have already updated to Ver.3.30, we suggest you temporarily downgrade to Ver.3.20 to ensure stable operation.
